This week on the show

MON 20 FEB: John and Martin kick off the week by crossing live to chat to new classical sensations, Tenors Un Limited, on the road. They've been described as "the Rat Pack of the classical world" and we'll be finding out how the three Christian guys are finding their first big tour of the UK and how they’re mixing their faith with their new-found fame. Plus talented singer-songwriter Paul Bell, who'll be performing live in the studio and sharing his faith story. His catchy songs range from the moving ballad 'Unnoticed' to the witty 'The Need for Biscuits'.

TUES 21 FEB: Feeling burnt out with life? Can't find space for God? Then don't miss the hugely inspirational Dr Micha Jazz who joins John and Lizzie for Topical Tuesday as we look the effects of 21st century living on our spiritual health. The former co-founder of Spring Harvest and pivotal figure in the Evangelical Alliance, Dr Jazz will be sharing why he now runs monastic retreats and is committed to helping people break-free from the culture of 'busy-ness'. Plus as ever on Tuesday, we'll be handing over the mic to another of our younger listeners in Little Ones' Big Sing.

WEDS 22 FEB: Fasting - are there any health benefits? And when can it be dangerous? Back by popular demand to help us mark Ash Wednesday - the start of Lent - is our resident nutritionist Nicola Burgher Kennedy. The author of 'The Creator's Diet' will be giving us her must-know guide to the 'dos and don'ts' of fasting.

THUR 23 FEB: He’s a top theologian, former Bishop of Durham and author of best-selling books, including ‘Simply Christian’ and ‘What Paul Really Said’. Professor Tom Wright joins us to give the lowdown on the return of The Big Bible Project. We’ll also be finding out more about the man behind the cassock – including the truth behind his ‘controversial’ comments on civil partnerships and more.

FRI 24 FEB: It's Give Thanks Friday as we celebrate God's goodness together, so get ready to share your stories and testimonies from the week as an encouragement to others. Plus we'll be playing more of your Inspirational Anthems - so get ready to get in touch with the feel-good or inspirational songs that you'd love to hear to wrap up your week. Plus our breakfast newshound Marcus Jones offers another leftfield look at the week’s news from a Christian perspective.
