
For almost 60 years the Chronicles of Narnia have been a favourite of Children's literature. CS Lewis invested the novels with Christian meaning, but many scholars have criticised the books for being "sloppy" in the mish mash of characters and mythology on display.
Now, noted CS Lewis expert Michael Ward claims to have discovered a unifying theme among the seven novels that explains their composition and adds a whole new dimension to Lewis most famous works.
