Dave Rose
Dave Rose always knew he had a face for radio from the very first time he looked into a mirror as a small child. He got started in hospital radio in Hillingdon as soon as he could and presented a variety of shows before heading off to University. While studying Media at Westminster, he managed to get some work experience at BBC Radio 1, and after his fortnight there held onto their legs and refused to leave. When security gave up, he worked as a Freelance Broadcast Assistant for them, working alongside such radio greats as Simon Mayo, Chris Moyles and Jamie Theakston.
Dave was keen to serve the church though, and so joined Premier in 2001 as a scheduler, before becoming a presenter and producer. He hosted Worship Requests at the Weekend and Premier's Big Breakfast with Tony Miles, before joining with his HipRock UK partner, Bridgitte Tetteh for Premier Drive with Dave & B, from May 2007. He also acts as Premier's Deputy Programme Controller, and lives with his wife Gillian, daughter Lucy, and a giant CD collection.
