Nana-Adwoa Adjaye
Alias: Nage
Radio/gospel/media background: Having always had a love for media and broadcasting, I decided in my gap year to attend a Discipleship Training School in Dublin, which specialised in Radio Broadcasting. During my time there we spent a few months broadcasting a new Christian radio station, Spirit FM, on a temporary licence in a bid to win a national FM licence, to give Ireland its first Christian radio station. Thank God, we won the licence. Since then, whilst completing a degree in English Language and Communications, Digital Publishing and Media Cultures, I have developed my interest and skills in radio broadcasting, leading me to co-present the Sunday night show 'Welcome to Bantu' on BBC Three Counties Radio. Now working full time with Premier Christian Media, and co-presenting Gospel Breakfast with Yinka, is a great privilege and plenty of fun.
