Premier's Big Breakfast

Saturdays 6:00 am to 12:00 pm

Join Premier's Big Breakfast every Saturday.

It's a family friendly show, with music, guests, reflections and competitions with great prizes. Tony is up at 6 with special features including "Word Alive", "Best Seller" and Tony's own Saturday Quiet time with worship music, prayers, and reflections.

Lizzie Crow joins the fun at 8 in time to welcome the breakfast guest. This could be a Christian personality, a church leader, a musician, a CEO of a charity, or simply someone with a great story.

So far the team have had the likes of Diane Louise Jordan, Rob Parsons, Noel Robinson, Nicky Gumble and the London Community Gospel Choir around the breakfast table. Make sure you join Tony and Lizzie to find out who'll be with them this week.

With regular Big Breakfast competitions Who's There?, Chapter and Verse and Throw A Line, Tony and Lizzie also take your calls for dedications and worship requests.

They would also like you to send them your 100 word testimonies. These must be less than a 100 words and can be sent by post: Tony and Lizzie, The Big Breakfast, Premier Christian Radio, PO Box 13000, SW1P 4XP. Then listen out to hear what God is doing in the lives of listeners at about 9.30am.

So, to kick-start your weekend the right way, try a hearty Big Breakfast with Tony Miles and Lizzie Crow.

Walking Bibles

Tony and Lizzie are giving away 'Walking Bibles'. IPods fully loaded with over 800 verses from scripture for you to learn in a fun way, using music and images so that you can become a 'walking bible' to your friends. Visit the Walking Bible website and tune in to BB every Saturday to win.

A Big Breakfast prayer for the week:

Prayer of some of Mother Teresa’s co-workers in Japan.

Lord, when I am hungry,
give me someone in need of food;
when I am thirsty,
send me someone needing a drink;
when I am cold,
send me someone to warm;
when I am grieved,
offer me someone to console;
when my cross grows heavy,
let me share another's cross;
when I am poor,
lead me to someone in need;
when I have no time,
give me someone I can help a little while;
when I am humiliated,
let me have someone to praise;
when I am disheartened,
send me someone to cheer;
when I need understanding,
give me someone who needs mine;
when I need to be looked after,
send me someone to care for;
when I think only of myself,
draw my thoughts to another........
